"Llegamos y tuvieron q marcar para q vinieran a abrirnos. No sabían de nuestra reserva. Así q limpio no estaba. Chico Incomodo. Sin toallas. Llovió y con goteras. Era de noche todo se nos mojo. Muy incómoda la traila. Teníamos muchas ganas de vivir la experiencia y la odiamos. Para rematar apareció una araña. Muy incomoda la regadera.

"La casa es super amplia. Acudimos una familia de 12 personas. Tiene mesa de billar, futbolito, alberca grande compartida con el hotel el joven desde temprano se puso en contacto con migo. Muy amables, un oxxo a la vuelta de tu vida, el pueblito algo lejos pero para descanzar esta perfecto. Sin duda voy a volver y la recomendaría ampliamente. Gracias "

"Happy overall. The book is on site was good. If they’re not serving then a couple blocks down past the pharmacy there’s a place called Mama Rosa that serves a good breakfast and you don’t have to do the buffet. Try to ask for room away from the sound of music, which will be Hard to do because there’s music everywhere but if you’re facing the club directly across the street, you’re going to hear music till 4 AM and it’s loud. We had to switch our room to the other side where it’s not as loud which was better."

"Beautiful Villa, these instructions would help a lot when when new customers are trying to find the villa. "When you arrive at Platinos, continue past the "Platinos" sign on your left. From there, head past the sign and you will come to a hill with lots of rocks in the road. Continue up the hill roughly 1 kilometer and until you reach the gate to the villa."
"We enjoyed everything Playa las Tortugas had to offer from the ocean to the estuary to the pools to the sunrises/sunset. What made everything so easy and special was having Maria and Mario there -- they were both so great! They attended to anything we needed in terms of transportation, planning excursions, getting snacks/groceries, getting across the estuary, and even gave us ideas of things to do with the kids we hadn't thought of ourselves. We really appreciated being able to communicated easily with John before we left. He really took the time to answer all of our questions. Everything was wonderful and relaxing.
