The access to the beach it was a little complicated for the old members of my family however there are few free beaches near and we decided to go there with the cars and explore the area. "This place is incredible! Very well-designed and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is FULLY equipped, all the furniture and beds are super comfy. The hosts and manager are fantastic. Easy walk to town to stroll along the Malecon. Absolutely 4 plus stars!"

"Exactly what we needed for our long weekend. My husband is temporarily working in Tecate so we booked a long holiday weekend here with our dogs. The weather was very hot like we have in Arizona so we hit the beach early to let the dogs romp. Hardly anyone in sight due to season. The community pools are a short drive away. We enjoyed meeting the locals and spending hours there having drinks and relaxing. The property itself is as pictured. Can use some touch ups on paint but great space and...

"Nice house, great layout. Loved the view from the back patio. I sipped coffee and watched the sunrise over the sea of Cortez. It was warm when we arrived and the house manager left the A/C on for us and it felt great to come inside and cool off. Plenty of restrooms for the entire family. Bedrooms had comfortable beds and the master bedroom was huge and had a nice big king-sized bed. Negatives? Not many but I’ll complain about the vertical shades in the master bedroom that let in too much light...

"The only issues we had were that none of the electrical plugs worked in the bedroom on the left on the main floor or the bathroom on the main floor. There was also a drip in the hot water faucet on the main floor that leaked onto the floor. Other than these couple of items it was a wonderful stay. Thank you!"

"Went for shrimp fest with friends and family. There were a lot of us, so we wanted a large place. The house includes 5 separate bedrooms with bathrooms and a double room that has a separate bedroom. 2 blocks from the beach and shopping and restaurants. The hostess checked in a couple times to make sure all needs were met. "

"Amazing views and quite almost empty beach. The water is warm and clean with very little to disturb you. The house is well equipped and had plenty of towels for sandy feet, very very comfortable mattresses. The area is secluded but just what we were after, close enough to San Felipe and yummy places to eat. Would definitely stay again!"

Beachfront House on Beautiful Laguna Percebu Beach

10/10 Excellent

"Property was perfectly located near a restaurant, bat and spa. Fishing poles were available. Ernesto was helpful. Stars were magical and we had planetary presence that was magnificent. Beaches were fantastic, water was warm. Only about 45 minutes from the thermal baths further south in Puertecitos. About 30 bucks for your visit but you need to plan the tides accordingly. The security was exceptional. 4 super friendly four legged body guards were fun to walk on the beach with. "
