first time SJ

little far from center of city but has restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. The ladies at the front desks went out of their way to help with our concerns. There was no hot water for shower and no air condition. Windows had to be opened invited bugs and noise.

We booked a private room and paid extra thinking we would get our own bathroom. The listing never mentioned that the room had a shared washroom, which wasn’t cleaned frequently. Otherwise, the beds were comfy and the property was very nice with an outdoor seating area, pool table, darts and ping pong. The guests and staff were also very friendly. The windows in the room didn’t block any sound from outside, so we were kept up by people hanging out and playing music in the common areas until 1am. Normally quiet time is after 10am.

the area was really nice, felt safe enough to walk nesrby at night. had lots of great restaurants a few blocks away. rooms were clean, not much hot water and would recommend wearing shoes in the rooms as the floors werent great. there was a bar across the street that was very loud at night

When I got there, the reception said I had no room.That they had a problem with Expedia which he said Hotel.com is part of. After me showing my dissatisfaction he offered me a room with a shared bathroom, which was terrible !!!! It smell of cigarettes and it looks terrible. I told him that I wa not happy with how they treat me as a customer as they had my telephone number and could had called me. I had driven over 4 hours and all I wanted was to rest. The room which was confirmed by you guys was on suit by the way. Very very unsatisfied with this place .

Nice spot close to a supermarket and restaurants staff was very friendly a very big hostel with lots of spots to chill the only thing i did not like was they advertise breakfast but there was no breakfast.

Nice staff, cleaning could be better

Very friendly and helpful staff/owners. Really nice set-up with a huge outdoor area and comfy seating, big kitchen. Safe surroundings with plenty grocery shops open late, cafes and restaurants. Big room, well-lit. Wifi hit or miss. Quiet area and hardly any outside noise, but 1 of the nights loud music from within until 1am. Shared bathrooms defo didn't get cleaned through my 2-day stay, probably longer. Shaved off hair all over sink, soap tray too sticky to use.

No me atendieron jamás

Nunca me atendieron. Mandé mensajes por whatsapp, por esta aplicación, y apenas una vez me respondieron pero sin decirme nada. Pregunté varias veces si el hotel estaba funcionando y no contestaron, llegué y estuve 1 hora tocando timbre y jamás salieron. Me hospedé en un hotel a 100 mts de este, volvi al otro día por la tarde y tampoco hay nadie. Exijo que no se me cobre ningún importe.

Sitios que ponen em verguenza la estancia en CR

El peor lugar. Espero que nunca reserven ahi. Me enviaron la confirmacion de mi reserva y cuando llegu alla el hostel estaba cerrado. No he recihido ,i dimero de vuelta. Ni disculpas se han dignado a pedir una razon. M dejaron esperando afuera y nunca volvieron. Q pena que hoteles.com promueba porquerias de hosteles como este. Irresppnsables en todo sentido.

Not your typical hotel. Free breakfast, but you have to wash your own dishes. There were a few bugs in the bathroom. Also, beds are not comfortable to sleep in. Staff was great. I would recommend this place to people flight solo, but not families. Great location.

We got to the hostel late at night. It took the lady very long time to check us in. It was a hassle for her to try to let us park at the property. There was no hot water. We only spent 1 night there. The place seemed safe.
