Comfortable 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment conveniently located between Calle Loiza's vibrant entertainment district and beautiful Ocean Park beach. This traditional Puerto Rican apartment features original tile floors, A/C in each room, WiFi, and smart tv. Fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker and utensils. Front porch with hammock is great for people watching at night. 8 minutes from the airport and centrally located for easy access to all major landmarks.
The space
This spacious 3 bedroom apartment features A/C unit in living room and every bedroom, large bathrooms with walk-in showers, smart Roku TV in living room with wifi and fully stocked kitchen. Chairs on front porch great for enjoying the night air and people watching.

Great for families who want to enjoy the beach, our apartment is stocked with plenty of towels, several beach chairs and beach buggy located in the laundry room at the end of the car port. For your convenience we also included an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

Air-conditioned living room features a Smart Roku TV with cable channels and board games for your enjoyment.
