"Wonderful week spent at this very special house. The house was so well equipped, from the kitchen to the entertainment. The grounds and the pool were immaculate. Wonderful views and a very welcome breeze from the lake below. Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Hope to return again!"

We stayed for 7 nights and could have easily stayed longer. Lots of small villages to visit within less than 1 hour and Orvieto is also close. "Gorgeous boutique hotel with only 15 rooms. My room was spotless and beautifully decorated and had a sunny terrace large enough to dine and lounge on. The hotel has wonderful lounge areas and sunny breakfast patios. The grounds are full of lush florals and beautiful landscaping, and a wonderful view of Lake Bracciano… Perfect place to rest and relax. But the real shine is the service. Cinzia went above and beyond to make my stay easy and comfortable and even drove me to the train station. The whole staff were wonderful and helpful. The only thing I’d ask is to add lights to the pathway leading to the hotel. To reach the restaurants uphill or the beaches downhill, there is a long stretch of road covered by trees. When you’re returning to the hotel at night on foot, you’re walking in the pitch black. Especially for a woman solo traveler, it could use improvement. "

I got a message from Luigi more than 24hrs after one of my messages saying they waited for me til midnight! But then they were charging me like a walk in guest. Anyway… not what I was expecting. The hotel is absolutely stunning, from each and every room, to all the outdoor spaces, to the lobby that becomes your living room. When we booked this location, we didn’t know what to expect being from the United States, but Charlotte and the team ensured that everything was ready and absolutely perfect! We highly highly recommend this Villa if you are thinking of a place to host your family, group of friends, or even better, your own wedding!! The absolute nicest and best people to work with, who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We look forward to coming back!!"
