Just a few steps from the iconic La Concha beach, the Zubieta I apartment is located on the fifth floor of a modern building equipped with a lift. This cosy accommodation stands out for its privileged location.
The apartment has a bright bedroom with a double bed, an open kitchen integrated into the living-dining room, and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower. Its balconies offer views of Zubieta Street. It is also equipped with heating and free Wi-Fi.
Located in the heart of San Sebastian, on Zubieta Street, parallel to the iconic La Concha promenade, this apartment is strategically situated. Just a few metres from the famous clocks made by the French company Brillié, a symbol of the city, both for their design and their strategic location facing the iconic La Concha beach. The Zubieta apartment is ideal for enjoying the city and its unparalleled surroundings. In the heart of the city, walking to the old town is a privilege, as it is less than a 10-minute walk, enjoying the views offered by the city\'s golden mile: the La Concha Promenade.

Excellent Location
This apartment was spacious & clean. We had everything we needed in this apartment. It also had a washing machine which was handy as we were half way through our trip. Also it was very quiet at night. A few more toilettes would have been helpful, such as toilet paper.

Fantastic Location
Fantastic location close to the beach and easy walk to the old town, yet surprisingly quiet. Plenty of space for 2 people. We stayed in San Sebastian for 5 days, it was great.

Das Appartement liegt wirklich optimal, um den Strand der unglaublich schöne Bucht, die vitale City und die pulsierende Altstadt San Sebastians zu genießen.
Das Appartement bietet viel Komfort und Platz für zwei. Die Beschreibung und Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Dad Management ist sehr professionell.
