“The location is nice, right next to the beach and great restaurants. We stayed for one week. The trash is located on the corner of the next block and there is no parking. We received two parking tickets before realizing there is free parking next to the trash bins. They don’t replace towels, toilet paper or sheets and there is no washing machine on site. Reception in at a different apartment building and the pool was too dirty to use with leaves. ”

“The hotel staff where very friendly and helpful and we managed to check in an hour early, we dropped our bags off and checked in and they called us when our room was ready as we were there early. “入到酒店看來不錯, 有兩個洗手間,一個是大小便用,, 沒有去水位, 我住了三天 要自己清潔 投訴無門 聯絡清潔工 要我自己聯絡酒店, 投訴hotels.com 亦冇回應 ,早一日經過酒店 知道沒有回 reception 跟hotels.com聯絡 沒有回應 ，網站上酒店電話 只有八個字卻未能聯絡酒店 ， 正確應該有九個字， 到入住當天 只好在門口等待 ，check-out亦冇人理會 只可放低鎖匙 回港後向hotels.com投訴 ，還被職員玩， 覺得他們一點都沒有問題 ，無論酒店及網頁 都不知所謂”
