The room looked clean but there was a weird smell to it. I can't pinpoint what it was. Staff is very nice. You can tell that it's an old building. Overall it's good for the price you pay and it's close to the Boardwalk

Riverside Inn & Suites Santa Cruz
Great staff, easy parking, clean, AC and heat. Our room was for 3 people and was a kitchenette suite. Easy walk to downtown. Keurig type coffee maker with pods in the room.
