“Great !!”

“We chose the suite with the jacuzzi, it was nice spacious and hot water. It does not have A/C so during the day when it got hot the room could get very hot during the day and night. The staff specifically Alberto is very nice and helpful. Honestly they can do a lot better on the breakfast for the price we paid the breakfast is very basic. No fruit or choices. You get the same breakfast every day (Arepa or bread eggs made at your choice small piece cheese, or you could choose granola and yogurt……

“The hotel is great, nice place to relax in the thermal waters. Room was very spacious and well located. Spa was decent. Breakfast could improve quality as some of the breads seemed old a couple of times. Staff were very kind and responsive. Desafio Termal is worth it. ”

“Want your vacation ruined — this is the place for you! I am absolutely seething with fury after my experience at this so-called hotel. If there were a way to give this place negative stars, I would do it without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, it was a complete disaster. We arrived with a confirmed booking, tired and expecting a smooth check-in, only to be told — with shocking indifference — that they “couldn’t find” our reservation. No apology, no urgency, no accountability. Just……

“Muy rapido Checkin, la habitación no es la mas grande pero es comoda, tiene todos los servicios. el desayuno es abundante y la terraza es ideal para desayunar y luego trabajar”

“Ofrecen parqueadero y solo pagan pagan algunas horas, no hay servicio de desayuno, el hotel esta en una ubicación central pero demasiado ruidosa no se puede descansar, las habitación para tres personas quedan en un sitio del hotel que son absolutamente cerradas no tiene ingreso de aire pro ningun lado”
