Our Fall trip with old friends couldn’t have been better. Condo was immaculate, grounds were lovely. We enjoyed watching the sunset from pool area. And downtown Saugatuck is an easy walk. Jill and Sam were quick to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely, well appointed stand alone home that easily accommodated 6 guests. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom necessities. Kids enjoyed the pool, and all liked the walk ability to town. Only negative was gas fireplace in living room did not work on the cold mornings. Great rental!

Rented this property to celebrate a birthday with friends. It was very clean, nicely furnished and a wonderful location. But the most impressive thing about this rental was the owner's responsiveness. Jill was immediately available to answer any questions. The shared pool was a bonus on hot July days. We will be returning! Thank you, Jill!

This was an amazing property. It is exactly as shown. My 11 year old loved to fish everyday and my teenage daughter loved how close it was to the shopping area. If you need a place to stay where everyone likes to do different activities, this is definitely the spot to be. Communication was excellent as well. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home. Quiet and peaceful, had everything we needed, close to downtown and spent our days at the Saugatuk state park, hardly anyone at the beach and we got hiking in too! Would recommend 100%

Beautiful townhouse close to downtown

We really enjoyed this beautiful and comfortable townhouse! Quality construction, nicely decorated, cozy hangout areas, and comfortable beds! And a short 10 min walk to the amazing downtown Saugatuck area (lots of great shops and restaurants along the water). This was perfect for our couples weekend with friends. Would definitely stay there again!

Family had a great stay and time

We had the best time staying at this property! The space itself was exceptionally welcoming and we were able to use the pool which was perfect for our group. The location is great - beautiful views and is walking distance to downtown Saugatuck. Jill was super responsive and great to work with. Would absolutely rent this place again!

We loved this luxury accommodation for its water view, easy access to everything and well stocked house. House is really lovely and well furnished with lots of seating. It was an easy walk into town. This is great because parking can be tough to find. We enjoyed oval beach and all that the town has to offer. Will definitely be back.

Perfect Getaway

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful lake cottage. I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The location is simply unbeatable. Nestled right on the shore of a pristine lake, the views from the top porch are spectacular. Waking up to the sight of the sun rising over the water and enjoying our morning coffee on the deck was a highlight of our stay. The tranquility and natural beauty of the area made our stay so enjoyable. The house itself is incredibly well-maintained and thoughtfully decorated. The interior is cozy yet spacious, with plenty of room for our group to relax and unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the bedrooms were comfortable and inviting. One of the best parts of our stay was the location, beyond the scenic view of the lake, it was only a short walk town. Every morning, we’d walk to town for coffee, and later in the day after enjoying a day at the pool, we’d walk to shop or dine. The prime location made our days on the water even more enjoyable.

A Beautiful Home With Responsive Hosts

This beautiful home is perfectly located within a short walk of both Saugatuck and Douglas. The pictures accurately reflect this well thought out, lakeview property. It was spotless upon our arrival and offered great kitchen amenities, wonderful beds and quality linens. Our hosts made the check in process easy and were quick to reply to any questions that we had along the way. We look forward to rebooking this home!
