"The house was not clean and old. Lots of spiderwebs and spiders inside the house. It can be a beautiful place with the castle and all but it’s not well maintained. There is a lot weeds and the playground equipment are defective. The pool is loose at the edges."

"The property was lovely, very quiet and stunning views. Jean - Pierre and Nadine were very helpful. Fresh bread and croissants were available daily and were very nice. Pool and hot tub were very welcome after a hard day's exploring the Peri- Nord. The Gite was excellent for people with a disability, very accessible with wide corridor and wide doorways. In all I would fully recommend this Gite for a stay and would love to return in the future."

"Maison très spacieuse et propre. Le séjour est très grand avec une cuisine très bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire de cuisine. 3 belles chambres dont une immense à l’étage, idéal pour parents avec enfant. Extérieur agréable et calme au cœur de la ferme des propriétaire avec pour voisins vaches et volailles. Nous avons adoré notre séjour au gîte. "

"We had a wonderful stay as a group of friends. We loved the farm feel and picking and snacking on sweet apples and walnuts. The pool was well used and host very helpful despite the language barrier. All in all a lovely stay!"

"We were group of family and friends stayed in the house. We were bit dissapointed by the property mainly due to:1. The full house is not together but in 2 different section bit detached to each other. This means that everyone cannot stay together in the same house, which was not expected by us and was not even clear in the description of the property.2. The property is in middle of nowhere. "Magnifique demeure ancienne en pierre, decorée avec goût. Un grand escalier monumental historique ! Tout le nécessaire y est. Le fait de devoir sortir dans la rue pour accéder au jardin n’est pas idéal mais c’est bien précisé dans l’annonce. Un peu trop sur la rue à notre goût mais les nuisances sonores restent acceptables."

"We stayed for three weeks at the converted stable, it was simply beautiful but also very functional, well equipped and everything worked well. Comfortable bed, lovely sofas. Garden is lovely with various private spaces to sit. Village is small but does have a bar/tabac and bakers. Small Friday market with local produce. Lots to see within an hours drive. Gerda, our host was super, she helped us and gave great information on places to go and see. We had an amazing time and big thanks to Gerda!!"

"Great location for people who are interested in history. There are lots of sites to visit within 40-50 minutes drive. The weather was mixed but we still managed to swim in the pool every day even though it was unheated. Good range of walks as well. "
