“Roomy feel despite being just one person staying,it didn’t feel cramped or restrictive at any point either.”

“Room was cozy and tidy. There were no concerns with parking right outside either, which was super convenient for us.”

“The hallway was dirty leading to the room. Our sheets were dirty. (They did offer a new room and changed the sheets upon request. I just feel like the room should be clean and ready for you when you arrive.The bathroom floor was dirty. It appeared maybe there had been some work done under the sink and maybe they forgot to clean up after. There were no wash cloths and no bath mat.”

“Easy to find quite, clean just what we needed.”

“All the ice machines were broken. The exit door on the north was broken. The trim on the cabinets in the room was cracked and peeling. The pool has been closed for most of the summer and is still not fixed. The stairwell carpet needs vacuuming. The bed skirts had spills or stains. It seemed like it was a good hotel that is really run down now.”

“TV, hot tub, gym equipment all were not working. AC in gym also didn’t work. It seemed there was no maintained being done. The whole pool deck was dirty. The breakfast was good. The shower was warm but not hot. The people were friendly. The view over the lake was beautiful.”
