“I had a wonderful stay! The space was spotless, smelled great, and had everything I needed. David was very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with, truly great to work with. There were also snacks and drinks available, which was such a nice touch. I was in town for an awards event at Florida State University with my cousin and her service dog, and we stayed one night. The location was super convenient and close to everything. I would absolutely stay here again!”

“We booked this stay over 2 months ago. The host did not send me check-in instructions (door code, etc) until I threatened to call customer service if I hadn't heard from him by noon of check-in day. Once we arrived, we noticed an overgrown yard as we pulled in. There were no instructions on how to turrn on AC or heat. Daytime was warm but night time was much cooler. Immediately noticed that there were only 2 dirty, stained bath towels in the bathroom. One washcloth hanging in kitchen and no dish……

“It is a hotel. The hotel did not have our exact room available. They put us in two separate rooms but we only had to pay for one. The host was excellent with communication. The property has a great outdoor seating area behind it. It was really difficult to beat for the price.”
