“We booked this stay over 2 months ago. The host did not send me check-in instructions (door code, etc) until I threatened to call customer service if I hadn't heard from him by noon of check-in day. Once we arrived, we noticed an overgrown yard as we pulled in. There were no instructions on how to turrn on AC or heat. Daytime was warm but night time was much cooler. Immediately noticed that there were only 2 dirty, stained bath towels in the bathroom. One washcloth hanging in kitchen and no dish……
