About this property

Sebago, newer construction, lake access, AC, 3bd2.5bth, Long Beach neighborhood

  • Newer construction, home away from home! 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom sleeps 9+. Great for adults and children alike, there is a playset for the kids and a porch with rocking chairs for the adults. There is an outdoor living area that has a fire pit, BBQ, and table for enjoying meals! This home is a short walk to a great restaurant that has outdoor and indoor seating and also a seperate outdoor tiki bar! The famous Jordans store is also just up the street for your pizza/sandwhich/grocery needs. Our lake access is a short 3 minute walk to a private, sandy, family-friendly walk in beach. There will be a mooring available if you have a boat, or if you would like, Long Beach Marina is just across the street where you can rent one. We try to supply you with everything you need to enjoy your time at the lake, just bring yourself, toiletries and a bathing suit!
