We switched rooms and more hairs on the bed. when calling the desk they had housekeeping come and they were yelling at each other and threw the sheets on the floor- left and didn’t say anything then showed up later. The front desk said she was the manager then the real manager suddenly appeared 5 minutes later to apologize. The only thing we received were 2 drink cards "
