“Stayed here for a month and it was beautiful. The outdoor area was wonderful. Outdoor Furniture further from the slider is in really poor shape and not really usable, so we only used the one table just at the slider. Needed some more attention to cleaning the pool deck and doing something with the kids stuff for the pool as it was just in a dirty heap at the foot of the stairs outside Overall our month long stay was wonderful and I would recommend this home highly. The people in the neighborhood……

“Our group of 4 couples stayed a long weekend at this rental for a concert at Raymond James Stadium. Location was close to venue, Tampa Riverwalk, Ybor City and neighboring St Pete. Kitchen/common area was large and had plenty of seating to spread out, perfect for our group. Anthony was very thorough in his communications and quick with responses. Would stay here again.”

“Beautiful home. Great choice to wind down and relax. The view sitting out back is beautiful, by the dock or fire pit. Inside is roomy and the beds made for a wonderful nights rest. We hope to return in August.”

“So if you are bringing a family and expecting to cook and have dinners and watch TV don’t. There is only 1 love seat to sit on and minimal dishes. The place was clean and beds were comfy. The neighborhood is a little sketch but very quiet. For the price it’s amazing. We enjoyed our stay.”

“We stayed for a spring vacation .. we’re former 2nd home owners at Apollo beach .. the house is in a great location .. close to restaurants, grocery stores , post office, liquor stores .. the pool gets a lot of sun .plenty of room in thr house , great seat on thr dock to enjoy the sun . the owner is very responsive to fix issues .. the cookware isn’t the greatest but the house is otherwise a good spot ..”
