Introducing Villa Sedana 2, our 2 bedroom private pool villa based in Seminyak!

This villa is located off Jalan Raya Kerobokan, just a few mins walk from the famous “eat street” Jl Oberoi (Jl Kayu Aya or Jl Laksmana) & very close to Sunset Road & Jl Raya Seminyak (shopping street).

Just a few mins taxi ride to the beach & popular Seminyak destinations such as Seminyak square, world famous beach-lounges Ku De Ta & Potato Head, with a selection of boutiques & restaurants on the way.

The space:
Located off JL Raya Kerobokan, this 2 bedroom villa is just walking distance to some of Seminyak's most popular tourist areas, whilst quietly tucked away from the busy hustle & bustle of Bali.

Pretty much anything you need is walking distance or a short cab ride from the villa.

The villa consists of two large air conditioned bedrooms each with Cable TV, Wifi, private bathroom and extremely comfortable hotel style bedding. The open plan living & dining room overlooks the private swimming pool & garden, with bamboo shutters which can be left open or closed off to suit your needs.

The private pool is equipped with bean bags to lounge & sunbake along with an outdoor shower, and many hours of uninhibited sunlight making it perfect for a relaxing afternoon.

PLEASE NOTE: Free Bike Parking is provided.

Paid Car Parking is available from 50.000 IDR per day (discounts for longer stays).

Cars only an Avanza size or smaller can park at the villa due to the narrow villa entrance.

Guest access:
There is fast WiFi access throughout the villa and a wide selection of cable TV a channels.

Fresh linen, bath towels, beach/pool towels and soap all provided.

A fully equipped kitchen and amenities with gas stove, fridge, freezer, rice cooker, toaster, hot water, mineral water dispenser, and ample cookware, tableware, and cutlery.

This villa comes with free drinking water for guests.

This villa also includes cleaning every 2nd day. If you require more or less often, please notify us.

There is a security guard also who works in the villa complex from 6pm-morning also, you will see him during this time in the hut by the villa entrance.

Breakfast delivery is available at the villa (Go Jek and Grab are cheap and have many options)

FREE Airport pick up for guests staying 3 days or longer.

For guest staying less than 3 days, a private driver can be arranged for your airport transfers for 250k IDR each way (Approx $25 Aud)

Baby cot and high chair are available upon request, FREE OF CHARGE.

Laundry service can be arranged.

Massages can be arranged at the villa.

Bike rental is also available at the villa, price depending on availability.
