“Arrived at this hotel and was informed that they overbooked their rooms and we were offered a room downgrade? This is the first time this has ever happened in years of travelling. Normally a hotel will offer you an upgrade if they make a mistake
Thankfully Expedia provided me with a free of charge upgrade to another nearby hotel (Havana Club Resort)
Very unprofessional experience. I’ve never had a hotel make their problem my problem before. Now they have no business and a fresh 1 star review.……

“This property sits on a beautiful, secluded beachfront with incredible potential, but it currently feels overpriced. The staff is genuinely friendly and hard-working, but management's focus seems directed away from urgent maintenance. The complex is suffering from a lack of upkeep, and the beach is littered with plastic and old fishing nets.
