On the ground floor of the villa you will find a spacious living room with TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, which are connected in an open-space concept. On the same floor there is also a play area where the youngest guests can have fun with PlayStation. The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace with a view of the sea and the island of Rab. On the terrace you will find a charcoal barbecue and a dining table where you can enjoy delicious meals with family and friends with a mesmerising sunset in the background. On the lower ground floor of the villa there is another spacious air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, TV and sea view. For a completely romantic atmosphere, there is a bathtub in the bedroom. Here you will also find a games area with darts and a summer kitchen with bar where you can prepare a refreshing drink to enjoy by the private pool on the same level. Next to the pool there are sun loungers where you can relax with a good book or simply enjoy the calming atmosphere offered by the sea and the sun. The property is fully fenced and has parking for 3 cars. If you want to visit cultural and historical sights, you can reach Senj, the oldest town in this part of the Adriatic with the famous Nehaj fortress, in half an hour's drive. The towns of Crikvenica, Novi Vinodolski and Rijeka are also not far away. Pebble beaches in the area of Crikvenica and Novi Vinodolski are among the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic coast.
