Great and friendly staff. Very accommodating and understanding, very clean and nice rooms. They stocked the fridge with water daily and cleaned the sheets every other day. Worked with me through the language barrier as well!

We liked our stay in Hotel Ru 136 very much. The staff were helpful and prompt. The location of the hotel was lovely, quiet, and situated away from the tourist city spots. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Would highly recommend staying here.

A great hotel. Great service and the rooms are always clean. Connection to local transport is great. Lots of shopping opportunities nearby. Nice rooftop. The only negative thing is that the toilet is open to the room. I don't know what this trend is about.

The staff was excellent and did everything they could to help us. However, the hotel itself isn’t in a good shape where the room itself has some odor that can’t be cleaned.

What I liked about this hotel can be explained as follows. First, the room is spacious. If you have a large volume of suitcase, you can easily open it up on the floor of the room without taking up so much spaces. Furthermore, there are lots of amenities in the room. You can enjoy yourself with coffee, tea, and free of charge water. Finally, I was so satisfied with lots of outlets mounted on the wall. To my surprise, there were lots of USB cables, so I could charge all of the eletronic devices including a portable Wi-Fi. All in all, this hotel is worth staying! You gotta book now!

We had done reservations in this hotel after cancellation of previous hotel. Previously we had booked another hotel since 5 days ago from our travel by expedia but unfortunately when we had arrived in that hotel,that hotel was totally seems different from website which we expected.The previous hotel was so unhygienic and looking so untidy and the staff behavior was rude and was not cooperative so that we denied to check in and cancelled that hotel.we was so exhausted and feeling worried about our reservation toward another hotel. At that same time, we get this Hotel Ru136,and looked after their website.we got everything fine. Thenafter we reserved this hotel. After reservation in this hotel also,we was so worried about our reservation due to the previous worst experience in another hotel reservation but when we reached in this hotel,we was so happy to get our expectations. The hotel sorrounding looks so quiet and clean. After reaching there,we request the hotel if possible earlier check in and we checked in 30 mins earlier than check in time . we are worried because there was either transportation facility or not but we got subway transportation facilities with convenience.Bulgwang station and yaeokcheon station was near by us. We enjoyed by using this subway line to visit various famous places. The hotel staff was so cooperative. They cooperated us to visit different places. Every facility inside hotel was so good. The service was awesome.

Unhelpful staff

The hotel was reasonably clean but there is minimal amenities and except for one of the staff members who was on the shift of early morning of Thursday 30/05/24 they were tough, unfriendly and unhelpful.
