The hotel is a bit dated however, the rooms, pool and other areas are super clean. The breakfast offers wide selection from salads, fruits, cereals, omelette station, breads as well as local food. Had a great stay!

If you want to feel the 80s vibe of Seoul, this is your place. It's well located and there are different fine dining around the area. It's a complete hotel but lack technologic amenities. But overall a good experience if you're there for business or for entertainment purposes.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. The staffs are friendly, the room was clean. However, the inside of rooms needed major updates. Also, the hotel charges separate fees for using gym and spa.

Great hotel. Very nice, comfortable bed great shower and bathroom. Price is great. Gym and sauna is amazing but you have to pay for them both. Very centrally located. Short Ubers to everywhere. I would recommend the hotel and stay. Only if you are ok with having to take short uber rides. The area isn’t isolated by any means. But you can’t just walk outside and be around sites and stores. You will need to uber. About 10 min

I'm a repeater here and I love this hotel. It's located near Cheongdam station, and you can walk to Apgujeong Rodeo area. I stayed at a room with bath tub, which was so relaxing. I'd like to swim in the pool next time I'm in Seoul.

I stayed at this property last year and the room was amazing. The beds were soft, the hospitality phenomenal. This year was a different story. It took looking at three rooms to find one that was acceptable. And still, there were stains on the chairs, wallpaper peeling. I asked for extra pillows because my daughter was having surgery and I was told they had none. After much insistence, they gave me one extra. This hotel is rundown. It has a beautiful view. The housekeeping was very good. She came every day and exchanged everything. I use the gym which you had to pay extra for and the equipment is old. If you’re wanting to do any kind of abdominal work look elsewhere.

Room was clean and staff was ok but the reason why I give only 3 stars is because there was no outlet in the bathroom so I couldn’t dry hair… had to dry in the bedroom near mirror but dryer cord was short so had to ask for extension cord… never seen a hotel bathroom with no outlet for dryer😱

This is my second stay at Hotel Riviera. The rooms seem a bit dated but otherwise no complaints. Staff is amazing and speak English, check in took about 3 minutes. Location is great just outside Gangnam-dong tourists areas. It is about a 20 minute walk to COEX there are a few eateries nearby. Breakfast buffet is adequate and the coffee is decent. Pool is nice and the staff was extremely helpful. I will stay here again on my next visit to Seoul for sure.

The hotel Riviera is a great hotel. I would thoroughly recommend it for business visits. I do not recommend it for tourist visits. I had a lovely stay there and I found it challenging to get tourist information (what buses to catch etc) the staff were very helpful and tried their best. It is all about horses for courses and my thoughts were if I was going on a business trip to Seoul I would definitely stay here, but for tourism next time I would probably stay in Myeongdong

This hotel located hot spot in Chungdam dong, Gangnam gu. I was grown up this area until I moved to US. Thus, this property and area are familar to me. Only issue to me is an air quality due to so many buildings are under construction near this property. There are many restaurants near the property.

Hotel price was reasonable but breakfast was really expensive (almost half of the 1 night stay). They charge you for the fitness in the hotel if you want to use it. Rooms are from 1990s. Housekeeping ans location was great. I wouldn't stay at this hotel for the next time.
