"The owner (Cosme) was super helpful when we arrived at 11:00 pm. He waited for us and provided all the needed information about the property. Help with the luggage up the stairs and provide a map of the area. The room was perfect and we did enjoy our stay. He provided information about the beautiful beaches that tourists less visited. This helps us just be ourselves and not worry too much about our surroundings."

"The location and property is nice but unfortunately not well maintained. The appartment had a strong smell of moisture which was awful. It seemd like we have been the first guests after the winter season and nobody has ever aired since. Also the interior of the appartment was not well maintained and the allover place was not very clean neither."

"Pros: Zentrale Lage & Raumaufteilung & Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Cons: Leider ging bei uns im Badezimmer das Licht nicht. Da das Badezimmer kein Fenster hat war dies semi optimal. Dies haben wir auch sofort dem Host gemeldet. Leider wurde sich innerhalb von 7 Tagen nicht mehr darum gekümmert. Die Betten und die Sitzmöbel sollten mal erneuert werden. Diese waren leider sehr durchgesessen"

"The house is well equipped with everything you need to make the most of a long stay in Colonia. We really loved this location. Easy to get to the seafront boardwalk and the center of town or any of the main beaches. Marga was prompt to respond to all our questions and was easy to get in touch with. Our whole family had space. The outdoor dining was one of our favorite features."

"Für uns die beste Lage. Die Wohnung bietet viel und ist sehr ruhig aber trotzdem Zentral. Die Ausstattu g ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und sollte renoviert werden. Der Kühlschrank ist schon ordenlich ramunierteinige Haltererungen sind defekt. Wenn man den Wasserhahn öffnet sollte man weit weg stehen. Sond einige Kleinigkeiten aberer so etwas nervt im Urlaub. "

"Beautiful location with nice feel. With a little attention to details this place would be 5 stars. No kettle, limited glassware, no iron, no iron board, hairdryer. Possible welcome pack milk water ect suggestion. As i said above fantastic location with amazing restaurants and beaches near by. Still loved our stay. Andy Donna.x"

"The internet connection was poor in the room. The room is very quiet and nice except people smoke in the balcony, and that's quite disturbing. On the day before my checkout date, room service personnel did not leave any floor towel for the bathroom, and the shower water was flooding the bathroom floor. Other than that, the overall experience was good."

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay here for a week. Our room was excellent with an amazing sea view that really couldn’t have been better, and all the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The restaurants at the hotel were also brilliant, and the pool area & communal areas were all spotless & very relaxing. We will absolutely be back! "

"Stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights. Arrived later than expected but it was an easy check in, friendly staff. Room was nice, clean and cozy. Ladies in room service in the morning are very friendly, very politely asked me if I wanted my room serviced, I didn’t until my third day and the lady cleaned it as I went to breakfast. Breakfast was very good, good assortment and options. Locations very close to the beach and great area, near bus stops to Palma center and airport. Would definitely stay there again. "
