Located on the first floor (with elevator), this apartment offers a front-line canal view. The beaches are 400 m away and the shops are 100 m away. The living room features a single sofa bed, a television, and a kitchenette (2 electric hotplates, fridge/freezer, and microwave). The bedroom has a double bed, a single bunk bed, and a storage cupboard. The bathroom (shower, sink) is separate from the toilet. A parking space is available at number 32\. Pets are not allowed. Late check-in is possible for €50 (please contact us for details). OPTIONAL services subject to availability: bed linen rental (€15 per bed), towel rental (€12 per person), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) for €60, and a mini Wi-Fi router (€39/week).
