Situated on 3 acres in a gated community, this property is the perfect retreat for families, friends, and groups looking for a relaxing and fun-filled getaway. All the charm of the mountains with the convenience of being close to many attractions in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and the Smokies. We would love to have you as our guests! Relax in the hot tub or enjoy the indoor 10'5" x 20 ft pool (pool heater set at 82˚F NOT BATHTUB WARM). It has a locked keypad entry for safety. Pool has a dedicated bathroom! House and pool towels provided. Fire up the charcoal grill right off the porch for nightly barbecues. Kids will love the pirate ship playhouse. The deck \*electric\* fireplace area is perfect for relaxing and conversation. There's even an outdoor Roku TV. The theater room and game room offer endless entertainment options for guests of all ages. The theater room is equipped with a 75 inch Roku TV and comfortable seating to enjoy movies or binge-watch your favorite TV shows. The game room features an air hockey table, foosball table, arcade, and a table for games to keep everyone entertained. A generous, well-equipped modern kitchen is open to the living room for interaction while cooking and serving. The dining area offers seating for 12 people. Each of the 5 bedrooms is tastefully decorated and equipped with comfortable beds and linens to ensure a good night's sleep. There are 5.5 bathrooms. Paved, parking right outside the front door can easily accommodate 4 cars. The entry road and driveway are moderately steep, and we do not recommend bringing a trailer. There is excellent privacy because this sits on a hill with woods all around, although you can see one neighbor through the trees. Surrounding woods are steep and not suitable for play area. We had the best time. The indoor pool and hot tub was a huge hit for the kiddos! The location was good if you want quiet, beautiful views. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get most places depending where you are going. I would highly recommend. We had a couple questions when we arrived and the responses were very prompt. The location was perfect as we were able to get to multiple locations in the park by back roads and avoided the busy roads. It is wonderfully located between all of the attractions and a short ride to Smoky Mountain National Park. The house was immaculately clean, beds and pillows were super comfortable and rooms are spacious for a crowd. The playground, pool, and movie room were a hit for our grandchildren who needed to be entertained at times at the house after fun mornings in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pans to cook and lots of plates and utensils. The 4 master bedrooms and bunk room all had their own ensuite bathrooms which worked so well for everyone. The theater room provided a great quiet getaway to watch tv. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans and baking items. Having multiple tv's was a plus for our family and we enjoyed watching the one on the porch. Our grandchildren absolutely loved the indoor pool, outdoor playground, and covered deck to play on. The property was flat enough that they could play with a ball or ride their scooters. The location was so quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend this home for a multi-generational family. Plenty of space for everyone-and then some! Property is private and in a beautiful location. Short drive to attractions in the area. Cabin is very well stocked with plates, bowls, silverware etc.. which was very nice because we made most of our meals and spent a lot of time swimming, playing and just relaxing at the cabin. (And not having to do dishes too frequently) Played games out on the porch/deck enjoying a beautiful view and got some awesome family pictures. Host was very responsive to questions both before and during our stay. Kids didn't play on the pirate ship too much and would've been nice if it had some swings, but they loved playing on the porch. Pool could've been a little warmer, but once in and moving around it was ok. Overall a great place, especially for large or multiple families. We had 2 issues with the bed springs and bees on porch and Erik handles both immediately to take care of the issues. We had our family of 10 and they loved the hot tub, all having their own rooms and bathrooms and the game room was an extra. We loved the large table/island that fit all of us. Only thing I would suggest was the pool was cold and we couldn’t use. It was set at 82 and moved 2 degrees but for some reason very cold. Suggest a little higher temp to make comfortable to swim. The magical outdoor living space with fireplace is perfect, the hot tub was sparkling clean, the kitchen has literally everything you need to cook except food which is easily stored in the brand new refrigerator. The pool is easily accessed from the living room and actually viewable from the kitchen which is very reassuring for younger children present. The beds were very comfy and each bathroom was clean and had the perfect amenities. Folks I cannot say enough about how Erik checked every box on this one! Book now and thank Erik later! We were instantly impressed with the house from the moment we walked in—it smelled fresh and clean, just like it was. The layout was perfect for everyone to have their own space, and an added bonus was everyone had their own bathroom. The movie room and pool was a hit with my big kids. The game room, play ship and pool were a big hit with all of the kids. The hot tub was on the smaller side for a house of this capacity, only fitting 2 or 3 people at a time. Eric the owner was very responsive to my questions. He accommodated adding another night to our reservation last minute. The kitchen supplies were a little lacking. We cooked every night of our stay and could have used more prep bowls and cookware. There were plenty of plates, cups and eating utensils and even plastic ware for the kids. Having a keurig and a coffee pot machine was a plus for our large group. The heating and cooling upstairs and down were very inconsistent. One bedroom was 10 degrees colder than the room next to it. But at night It got way too hot. The fireplaces were all electric and were a good heat source for the individual spaces. Lastly, the pest control was an issue all over. There were ants and Asian lady beetles everywhere. The pool room and all of the downstairs had ants. The kids got bit multiple times in the pool room and living room. The upstairs bedroom in suite bathroom had hornets coming out of one of the exhaust fans. We had to keep the door closed with a towel in front of it to keep them out of the bedroom. The location was perfect. We were about 5 miles out of town. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
