Great Place!

We enjoyed the stay at this condo. Everything was just as it was described and this community is really nice. We have stayed in another unit here before and always enjoy our visit here.

Beautiful Location

We absolutely loved staying here. Place was super clean and really charming. We loved sitting on the porch in the morning and listening to the creek and watching the sun come up. The beds were comfy and the living room was perfect. It’s close to everything but tucked enough away to be quiet. We slept great and were fueled for lots of great hiking and Pigeon Forge exploration. We loved our trip and the place to stay was decorated perfectly for Christmas which made the Christmas charm even better.

Clean and generously equipped

The condo was beautifully decorated and was super clean. It was generously equipped with necessities. The view was beautiful and the location is very convenient to the heart of Pigeon Forge.

Spring getaway

An excellent place to stay with a great view. Not directly on the main drag, so you feel some privacy. Great rooms and layout.

Great location and beautiful Condo but no internet and unresponsive owner.

My best friend and I stayed here for our annual girls trip. We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The location is ideal and the condo itself is beautiful. We had a couple of issues, the most impactful was that there was no secure internet at all during our week long stay. We tried multiple times to get this situation rectified to no avail. Looking back in the guest book we saw that this has been an ongoing problem since SEPTEMBER of 2023. The owner really needs to get this problem addressed. When we arrived my toilet had a moldy ring in it and both bathroom sinks were very slow to drain. The mattresses on both beds were VERY firm, they would do well to add a mattress topper of some kind. The furnishings themselves are of high quality and beautiful. The TV above the fireplace was not functional. Overall we did enjoy our stay, but having no secure WiFi was definitely a downer for us.

Home is immaculate!!

Nice furnishings, very clean, great amenities. Even thougbh we could not get the TV in the living room to work, we reached out to vacasa and they were working on getting it operational. We did not use the kitchen much other than keep some drionks cold, but it was clean and seemed well stocked. Great condo!

Family visit

Property was close to family. Convenient to malls, entertainment….. Clean, quiet, beautifully decorated. Will definitely stay here again.

Great property and location, but noise is an issue

This was a very nice property and condominium and is right on point with the price. The booking, check in and check out process were a breeze. You can tell the owners put significant effort into the unit and make it feel like home. Kudos to them on their solid business practices. The location was perfect for us; very close to fun but in a quiet area. The one struggle we had was noise. The unit above us could be heard at every footstep, door opening, and item dropped. Some of it was the people, because they did not seem to stop walking. The unit next to us was also very easy to hear as I could hear the words clearly on their television. I don’t believe this is the owners fault but it seems the building doesn’t have much sound protection. For the most part quiet hours are followed, but if I stayed here again I would not bring my children. It would be unfair to the unit below us, and the noise from units around kept woke my son up. Overall though, we were happy.
