Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Terrible, avoid. The host demanded cash-only additional fees in Euros over WhatsApp at the last minute for arrival after 9:30 pm. We explained that our train had already been booked before and we could not change at the last minute. There was no mention of late check in fees in the listing and nor was she willing to take card payment for them. She met us at the apartment to demand cash payment and kicked us out when we were unable to do the payment for the additional fees she made up even though we had paid in full on Expedia for the apartment. Avoid!
