“Buena ubicación”

“Nice clean modern hotel, excellent staff, very good breakfast. In Sercotel Don Luciano I finally found a hotel in Spain that i could get a good nights sleep in , the bed was comfortable and didn’t hear the neighbors. Breakfast was really good Only downside is tiny pool with only 4 lounge chairs and 2 sofas. The staff at reception and bar were great”

“If I could give this place 10 stars I would. It's extremely well located, you can walk to all major tourist attractions like the Cathedral, the Alcazar and Plaza de Espana. There are restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors all over. The hotel is gorgeous with a beautiful patio, terrace and very useful communal kitchen. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The room is spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows. We went during a heatwave, with temperatures reaching 105 degrees, so……

“Hotel is generally clean and tidy. There is only 1 reception desk which means it could take a while to check in if it is peak hours or if there’s an overly inquisitive guest who keeps asking questions nonstop with the staff at the expense of someone behind in the queue. The hotel should consider opening an extra desk”
