“Staff engagement/service are at International 5-star levels. Breakfast choice/range/service excellent. Minor disappointment is smaller rooftop pool is 30-40cm deep so really there for show but that's a property design restriction. Overall an excellent team and a very well run hotel. IHG would do well to send this property management team elsewhere in the group to improve other management teams (Intercontinental Forshan, Doha, ANA Tokyo to name a few!)”
