“Fantastic stay with Barry, Barry was very helpful, friendly, accommodating and showed us everything we needed. The annexe was exceptionally clean, bed was very comfortable, also a great range of breakfast options which we were not expected so a lovely bonus to the stay. The property is not far from the train station and is in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. “The service apartment is spacious and tidy, facilities are in very good condition. They also provide a number of utensils and cutlery so that you can cook in the dining room. I appreciate their welcome drinks especially hot chocolate and tea bags are freely provided in the apartment. The carpark will be a bit spooky, but it only cost about 15 pound for 24 hours and the security would be comparatively better than on-sheet parking or outside carpark. “Loved Torr Top Place! As a solo older lady who wanted to visit Manchester’s Christmas markets, this was a perfect base. The kitchen was well equipped, sitting room cozy, bathroom modern, and everything immaculate. Uber transport was readily available and Sainsbury’s (local grocer) was a short walk away. I highly recommend Torr Top Place!”

“Washing machine didn't work. Helpline never answered. Sent someone to look at Washing machine but couldn't fix. Cooker had missing buttons. Boiler water mains was turned off and with no help turned this on myself after 24 hrs. Creaky sofa bed, broken blinds and door handles. Didnt smell nice. Bad experience ”

“We were parallel to Piccadilly near everything. The location is superb. The "back-picadilly" location might be off putting if you don't know Manchester layout. The lad showing us the flat was lovely Ground floor flat was slightly noisy, but once again, that's fine if you know the area Room and facilities first class ”

“Amazing stay, with a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and en-suite. The lodge is detached from a large house but there is dedicated access and the location is perfect! Just round the corner from Heaton Park, which is a lovely bonus. If you want some autonomy and the ability to cook, this is fantastic, one of the best stays I have had and I travel a lot.”

“Very comfortable and spacious. Needs a bit of maintenance like the toilet where the cistern is faulty and the water continously keep running. The door handles for the main door are loose and almost dropping off plus a few more minor faults. ”
