“This property is extremely overpriced. The pool was dirty. The yard was unkempt with garbage in it and grassy areas to my mid calf. The back door was apparently blown open by the wind and tore the door jam off— which was put in using penny nails instead of the correct kind. It looked like someone tried to break In but the owner assured us that didn’t happen because if they wanted to they could break in easily and wouldn’t have left it partially broken. “This house is in a good location if you plan to be out and about. Comfortable beds, all new appliances, decently stocked kitchen, plenty of space. The only problem we encountered was the broken blinds in one bedroom. Oh, and the listing said there was a grill, but we were told later there wasn't - only a smoky joe. It was so yucky that we just went to the store and bought a $20 cheap grill. Which we left there, so hey, now there's a grill. Elizabeth was very accommodating about us staying an……

“Pool rules are ridiculous. Kids shouldn’t have 2 be kicked out every night at 6:00. Also the lazy river is made to keep floating around in the circle not for people to stand there blocking it all up that you can’t pass in the rafts. Also don’t think it’s fair that people in the cabanas can hold onto their rafts all day long even though they not using them. Leaves people who want to float around and chill in the lazy river without rafts. Rule should be if you are not in the lazy river using……
