"Loved the location. Room had everything we needed. Staff were on hand and checked daily if we needed top up of any items. Great variety of food for breakfast. Our room had a sea view, loved waking up in the morning for a coffee and sit on balcony and watching the world go by. Very relaxing. "

"The location of the hotel is right in the heart of Valetta, with all the major sights within walking distance. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, which made dining out easy. The staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options. The room was on the small side, but it was clean and comfortable. "

The English breakfast was made to order and very well cooked. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Everyone was welcoming and appeared to be happy at work. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is situated right in the heart of the town so it was easy to walk to many of the 'must see' sights. The top floor bar had great views. It was a bit windy when we visited but with the right clothing it was lovely at the end of the day. I would recommend this hotel to any one staying in Valletta. "

The overall atmosphere was welcoming and well-maintained, making my visit very enjoyable. What stood out the most was the professionalism of the manager, Patricia. When I brought up a small issue regarding the placement of a water station in the lobby, she handled it swiftly and with great care. It was clear that the team is dedicated to providing excellent service. I truly wish I could have such outstanding staff at my own hotel. Everything ran smoothly throughout my stay, and I will definitely be coming back. "
