We had a great time at sunny condo44. It was very clean and the location was amazing right on the beach with a beautiful view. Our host Amy was very communicative and went out of her way for any of our needs. The free shuttles were convenient and easy to use getting around the area.

Oceanfront Perfection

This was our first visit to Siesta Key, and we were extremely happy with this oceanview condo! The amenities were exactly as described by the host. Amy was an excellent communicator and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The condo was clean and perfect for our family of four. We especially enjoyed the spacious balcony during our children’s nap times and for relaxing at night. We loved the easy access to both the pool and the ocean. We would definitely stay here again for future trips!

Close to Beach!

This property was very close to the beach. The inside of the property is beautiful and has all you need including beach chairs and toys if you have kiddos. Although trolley and frog hop transportation is great here if you dont have a car the walk to transportation is long!!! The property manager was great and communicated with us as well as shared a lot about where to go and what to do. Gilligans was our favorite place in the Village.

Beautiful beach property!

We had a great stay at Amy's condo and Jamaica Royale! The location was perfect for us and so easy to use the public transportation. Beautiful white sandy beach steps from the door, quiet lication and uncrowded beach, which we loved!. We rented beach umbrellas and chairs from just an easy phone call. The condo was decorated with a cute beachy theme and well supplied with everything we needed for the week. Amy was easily reachable should we had needed but everything was perfect! Would definitely stay here again!

Condo was extremely clean and had basics in the kitchen which was so helpful! Close to beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed walking back out on the beach at night to see the beautiful sunsets! Amy was fabulous and very easy to get in touch with.

Amazing beach access

This is our second stay at this condo. The beach is beautiful and so accessible. The condo is really comfortable and has everything you need, including a large balcony with ocean views.

Wonderful Stay

We had never been to Siesta Key, boy we were missing out! The condo was spacious and had absolutely everything we needed. The check in and out process was a breeze! The host made sure we were comfortable. The pools and grounds were immaculate. We loved the downtown and all the restaurants too. We are planning on coming back soon.

Christmas getaway

Nice condo, comfortable, great location, no crowds to contend with, and we were fortunate to have nice weather for our stay. This condo had all kinds of little things already there to make the stay easier (like kitchen stuff, some beach items, cleaning/washing supplies, and chargers). The outside pool was unheated, so at this time of year the pool was colder than the Gulf, and that wasn't really an issue for us. We also enjoyed the nearby tennis/pickleball courts.

Beautiful Beach Location

The condo itself was amazing. The location was perfect for our stay, being able to catch the sunrise and the sunset conveniently from the private beach was exactly what we were looking for. It was nice to be able to enjoy the beach without a lot of crowds, but also close enough to touristy locations. We could enjoy shopping and food as well as peace and quiet. The balcony was definitely my favorite aspect of the condo, views were beautiful.

Best condo ever!

We lived in SRQ for several years before moving out of state. We have come back every summer for vacation for the last 17 years. Hands down, this was one of the nicest and cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. Sleeps 6 very comfortably and more if someone wants to sleep on the comfy couch. The owner was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. We will be looking at this condo again for next year! You will not regret staying here.
