I could show them that the hotel was confirmed on my mail but the front desk did not care. Never met any more rude staff at Indian hotel. I got the worst room even though I had paid for another. Do not recommend this hotel at all. "

"We had a lovely stay here. The staff were excellent and looked after us so well. We couldn’t believe how good the food was - just perfect and we certainly put some weight on! We had a couple of trips that the property recommended and we enjoyed them so well. We had a small problem when we were checking out in that they wanted payment in cash which wasn’t made clear on Expedia website but we got it sorted without too much hassle. "
