“I can't recommend this house enough! It was as beautiful and well maintained as it looks. The view was outstanding with trees and birds and the sunset. There are 2 areas to sit outside with nice chairs and gas firepits. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked (including with a small box of chocolates and bottle of wine). This house would be good for someone with some mobility challenges. The King bedroom is on the first floor along with the kitchen, dining, and living areas.……

“Location was perfect. We enjoyed ocean views, a walk on the bluffs, short drive to Moonstone beach with tidepools, Hearst Castle tour, and wonderful shops & restaurants in Cambria. The house layout worked well for us. 2 of us stayed upstairs (one in each bedroom), and 2 of us stayed upstairs (one in the bedroom and one on the fold out bed - which was quite comfortable; clean and firm.) We used the living area and kitchen downstairs only, as we wanted to spend time together and that was more……

“Listing was very accurate for description of property. Although older and not updated it was well maintained and clean. Excellent ocean views, better than others we have had in Cambria previously. Viewing of dolphins, sea lions and sea otters the best! Wish the property could accommodate more than 4 people, but will definitely recommend.”
