"We have stayed at this hotel previously. It has a good central location in Innsbruck with superb mountain views. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the provision of complimentary tea and coffee making facilities in the room is appreciated. Getting to and from Innsbruck airport is very straight forward as the bus stops for the airport bus, Line F, are right outside."

"The hotel and staff are outstanding. From the moment we walked in to check out, we were well and truly spoilt. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Everything you needed and didnt know you needed were supplied. The breakfast was delicious, the spa and pool were an added bonus after busy days exploring. Rita on reception was lovely and made our stay run smoothly with so much information and help on transport, trips, restaurants, tickets etc. The location was perfect too. Thank you for a truly wonderful time. Highly recommended."

"Very comfortable clean room in an area that's very central to shopping and lots of dining options. Convenient on site parking. There is a lot of construction in the area and a new building being built across the street so it is pretty loud during the day, but it gets better in the evening. "
