"Cozy place in nice ambience, close to small historical village. Super friendly team, and also arranged pizza for me even though I had a late 10pm arrival. Great stay!"

"Pros: The room was clean, cheap stay, amazing views,
Cons: The check in process was really bad. There must be an easier way. We had to kill three hours waiting for a response from any member of the staff. No fridges, no coffee, no breakfast. Bad WiFi,"

"Very nice place. Good king size bed and wonderful sheets. Breakfast was really fresh too, with delicious pastries.
Awesome view in the valley, however we had an upgraded suite. AC was very welcome, it was 36C outside.
I would recommend this one to all my friends. Also location was great, very central and a lot of restaurants close by."

"Stunning location! I wish we had been able to stay another night and spend a day by the beautiful pool. The drive to Arezzo was short, which allowed for exploring and dinner in the old part of the city!"

"This is a beautiful historic property. The instructions to get inside were clear though I had a bit of an issue finding the key card slot - it was placed outside the hallway entry which confused me. AC worked and they were reasonably responsive to any requests I made. Allowed me to leave my bags after check out so I could explore more before heading to my next destination."

"The villa is amazing and the perfect little world in itself. Its closeness to Siena makes it easier to visit the city. The patio is the perfect place to view Siena at sunset. The staff was very courteous and ready to help. This hotel is a gem."

"Our stay was just ok. Very noisy streets. And the bread at the breakfast buffet was extremely stale for both mornings. We could not eat it.
If you are allergic to dust be warned that their curtains and bed headers are very dusty."
"We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Everything was excellent and everyone so helpful. Great room ,that had a wonderful view of the gardens . The room was very clean and well equipt with all you need to enjoy your stay. Walkable access to the centre with some lovely shops ,bars and restaurants on the way.
A massive thank you to Francesca who was brilliant. So knowledgable about the area and friendly and helpful. Her and the team are doing a wonderful job. Would highly recommend and I would visit again."
"The staff was so friendly from the moment we arrived. They guided us into the parking lot, assisted in booking dinner reservations and spa reservations. They were also extremely friendly throughout our stay, whether the bar, breakfast, dinner, and the cleaning staff. They also brought our luggage to our room and helped us at checkout. Overall an amazing experience.
To note the breakfast was exceptional not a buffet. It was a sit down breakfast à la carte, coffee, fresh juices, omelettes made to order, and a 3 tier of pastries, fruits, and local meats and cheeses everyday.
We loved our stay!! Also the room was very clean, they mopped the room as well!"
"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Athena in Siena. The service was exceptional, the staff were warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful throughout our visit.
The location was fantastic for exploring Siena, with everything within walking distance, while the hotel itself provided a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. We also loved the beautiful views from the terrace which was the perfect spot to unwind with a drink and take in the scenery. Sunset was especially beautiful and I would recommend calling the terrace staff themselves to reserve your seat. They are VERY busy up there so please exercise patience and kindness to the server and bartender as they work so hard to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
Self parking our car was a huge bonus as we rented a vehicle to explore Tuscany.
A lovely hotel, a great location and wonderful service. We would happily stay here again when visiting Siena!"
