It's perfect for multi-generational family holidays (from grandparents to grandchildren), or for families of friends.
It's rare in Corsica to be able to combine peace and quiet, private parking in front of the door, private gardens, a large swimming pool, uninterrupted sea views and proximity to the beach and shops....

In the heart of Cap Corse, a wild land dotted with picturesque villages and Genoese towers, this region is a must-see. The villa, set on a mountainside, offers breathtaking views of the sea and the Italian islands of Capraia and Elba. If you're looking for hikes and secret beaches, this region at the end of the world offers plenty of opportunities along coastal paths or in the mountains. In particular, you can discover hidden beaches accessible only on foot, where you can enjoy a moment of tranquillity away from the tourists.

With only three neighbours within 100 m, all of whom are year-round residents, the villa guarantees peace and quiet without being isolated. Hiking trails are just a stone's throw away.

Inside:
7 real AIR CONDITIONED bedrooms (5 with sea views) with ample storage space, each with a 160cm bed or 2 90cm beds .... 3 dining rooms (including the summer dining room), 3 lounges, 3 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 3 separate WCs, all spread over 3 levels.

Outside:
1,200 m2 of terraces or garden, fully equipped for 14 people (outdoor dining area, sun loungers, etc.).

The HEATED and SECURED swimming pool is exclusively private, measuring approximately 9 m x 6 m and with a maximum depth of 2 m, (outdoor shower - daily maintenance at your expense). Secured by an all-glass fence, the view of the sea and the maquis is guaranteed (even more appreciable in the summers when jellyfish invade the Mediterranean!).
The summer kitchen, open to the outside and the pool, also has a sea view. Fully equipped, it also has a barbecue.

Sisco Marina and its beach are 10 minutes away by car and around 1 hour on foot via a path through the woods... It's a small village with all the local shops and services (post office, hairdresser and beauty salon, 4 restaurants, tobacconist, etc. .....).
5 minutes further on is the white sandy beach of Pietracorbara.

At La Marine, the diving centre is open to all ..... You can also swim in the nearby stream.

In Santa-Severa (15 mins away), you can hire jet-skis, cabin-cruisers, sailing boats and 4x4s ....
Starting from the villa, there are numerous hiking trails (2h to 6h) leading from village to village, over ridges and peaks. The famous customs path of Cap Corse is 40 minutes away ....

Bastia and its ferry port are 19km away. Bastia-Poretta airport is 39km away.

Nice View

We really enjoyed the time with our whole family. The villa offers a lot of space and the outdoor kitchen was the center of our being together. The view from the mountain to the coast and Elba is breathtaking.

Sonia, la dame qui accueille les locataires nous a très bien aidé l’hors de notre séjour.La maison était ce qu’ont attendait. La cuisine du bas et la pièce a manger couverte (à côté de la piscine) a été notre pièce préféré. Nous avons eu une chouette semaine.

Excellent séjour dans une villa parfaite très bien exposée

L'emplacement de la villa est exceptionnel, au calme avec une vue époustouflante sur la mer et les iles d'Italie ..Elle est très bien équipée, climatisée .. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié sa grande piscine, chauffée si besoin, d'autant plus que la baignade en mer présentait souvent un risque de méduses ! C'est une grande maison parfaitement adaptée à la vie à plusieurs familles, qui permet à chacun de s'isoler s'il le souhaite ou au contraire de se retrouver tous ensemble. La gérante est très disponible et attentionnée. A proximité, on trouve tous les commerces nécessaires.. Nous recommandons fortement cette location, sans aucune réserve.

Toller Urlaub für drei Familien mit kleineren Abstrichen

Wir waren mit drei Familien, insgesamt 12 Personen unterschiedlichen Alters, in diesem Haus und hatten eine großartige Zeit. Das Haus ist insgesamt schön und besonders der Poolbereich hat uns allen sehr gefallen. Leider gab es dort viele Wespen, sodass die Kinder etwas aufpassen mussten. Allerdings waren die Wespen nicht aggressiv und störten nicht beim Essen. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick vom Berg. Die Bäder sind zwar etwas altmodisch und bestehen hauptsächlich aus Duschen in der Badewanne, aber sie erfüllen ihren Zweck. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass es drei Badezimmer gibt, was für uns als drei Familien sehr praktisch war. Die Klimaanlagen in den einzelnen Räumen sind Gold wert und im heißen Sommer unbedingt notwendig. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war, dass die Spülmaschine im Poolbereich bereits nach dem ersten Tag defekt war, sodass wir nur noch die Spülmaschine in der Küche nutzen konnten. Der Kontakt über WhatsApp funktionierte problemlos, und auf unsere Anliegen wurde immer zeitnah geantwortet. Alles in allem würden wir das Haus weiterempfehlen, auch wenn es für den Preis unserer Meinung nach etwas in Schuss gebracht werden müsste.

un emplacement de rêve et une configuration de la maison qui permet de s'isoler si besoin

Nous avons bien apprécié le logement et l'environnement de cette maison. je recherchais le calme et la beauté du lieu, c'était le cas. Sonia qui nous a accueilli a été parfaite, à l'écoute de nos besoins pour nos enfants et nous même. L'équipement de la maison était bien puisque tout était rassemblé dans 3 cuisines. Nous avions des petits donc sommes beaucoup restés sur place et la piscine est agréable et le cadre a contribué à passer un séjour enjoué. Cependant nous avons eu très très chaud dans le niveau rdc car les volets roulants étaient en panne. la clim dans les chambres est fort agréable! Nous aurions aimés une table coté Ouest avec 2 bancs pour prendre le petit déjeuner, car en bas, l'exposition était plein Est et dès 9h il y fait très très chaud. des fauteuils pour lire confortablement auraient été bienvenus. Merci pour cette location qui permet à différentes familles avec des rytmes différents de se retrouver. La boulangerie qui est a 10 Min propose du très bon pain, et la fête de l'oignon nous a donné un visage de la Corse bien traditionnel avec de délicieuses spécialités.

Sublime séjour

Séjour de 2 semaines dans cette villa exceptionnelle qui a pu accueillir 14 personnes (5 couples avec enfant) dont plusieurs enfants en bas âge. Propriétaire et représentante sur place soucieux de notre confort. La villa a une vue imprenable sur la mer et la montagne avec de magnifiques photos a prendre 😍 certe il y a des guêpes mais il y en a sur toute l’île donc se procurer un aspi venin et le garder dans le sac . Les chambres sont toutes grandes et climatisées et cuisine d’été plus que fonctionnelle. Piscine chauffée agréable .. belles randonnées à faire jusque là plage de Pietracorbara et autres balades magnifiques … nous garderons d’excellents souvenirs merci aux propriétaire et à Sonia représentante sur place 😍

Une vue époustouflante

Belle maison perchée sur les hauteurs. Coordinatrice très arrangeante et sympathique. Une vue magnifique. Espace de vie commune très pratique. Les chambres sont climatisées. Très fort ensoleillement le matin en ce mois d’août. En revanche, Pas pratique pour les vacances avec un enfant de 18 mois car il y a une marche d’escalier incontournable sur le lieu de vie commune. Pas de possibilité pour faire des balades en poussette en partant de la maison. Pas de randonnée ombragée sans prendre la voiture. Bref, une villa superbe mais il faut prendre la voiture pour toutes les sorties avec une descente de 10min pour commerce le plus proche.

Superbe villa, vue splendide sur mer et montagnes

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette superbe villa, 11 personnes en famille. Que du positif, accueil très amical, villa fonctionnelle au calme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et sa cuisine d été. Nombreuses rando possibles au départ de la villa, possibilité de ballades en 4x4 vers les sommets du cap (A faire!), la plage de pietracorbara est magnifique. Vacances inoubliables, Merci Mr Pacoletti, Merci Sonia.

Excellent séjour !

Très belle villa, très grande, très bien équipée, idéale pour la grande tribu que nous étions. Propreté irréprochable et espaces de vie largement suffisants pour 14 personnes. On peut à la fois vivre ensemble et s'isoler au calme quand on a besoin. L'emplacement est idéal, au calme avec une vue superbe sur les iles italiennes. Les photos de l'annonce ne mentent pas ! L'espace piscine est sublime, là encore on a largement de l'espace pour tout le monde. En résumé super séjour, dans une très belle propriété, très bien entretenue et très accueillante. Un grand merci à Mme Damiani pour son accueil souriant et chaleureux ! On recommande ++++.

Superbe semaine estivale

Nous étions un groupe de plusieurs adultes et enfants en bas âge et avons passé une excellente semaine. La maison est spacieuse , parfaitement bien équipée pour 14 personnes , et la vue est bien sûr exceptionnelle. La communication et l’accueil ont été aisés.

bon séjour entre amis

nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette villa, à l'écart certes pour plus d'intimité et ne pas déranger les voisins, Villa agréable et spacieuse Nous avons profité de la cuisine d'été et terrasse. gérant de la propriété super sympa, et serviable Nous avons très bien sympathisé avec eux. attention au vent !!!! cela peut surprendre en pleine nuit a proximité : la marine de sisco est à 10 min en voiture avec super u utile pour les petites courses, boucher et boulanger également. Les restaurants de la Marina de SISCO : tous top à des prix abordable, avec spécialités fromagères, charcuteries et poissons: un vrai régal pour nos papilles. Concernant les activités ludiques : Plage de galets à 10 min au niveau de la marine de sisco, où plage de sable fin à 15 min en voiture à Pietracorbara dans la situation sanitaire actuelle top car pas beaucoup de monde (nous n'étions pas les uns sur les autres) ou à 30 min plage de l'Arinella de Bastia. Nous avons visiter : Bastia, Calvi et Saint Florent magnifique ainsi que les plages adjacentes attention plage de Saleccia inaccessible : départ en 4X4 : 45€/personne pour la demi journée session Quad promenade de 2 ou 3h : 80€/personne près de Moriani plage à environ 1H30 (paysages maginifiques) (chèques vacances ok) session d' Aqua rando avec ALPA CORSE près de Chisa à 2H30 de route pour 3h de rando aquatique dans la Travo (payages manifiques) : 45€/personne (chéques vacances ok)

Si tout parait magnifique sur les photos et dans le descriptif, une fois sur place ce n'est pas la même réalité. La responsabilité incombant uniquement au propriétaire qui n'assure pas un entretien suffisant, sans parler de son indisponibilité pour solutionner les problèmes. Sentiment personnel : on veut juste faire du fric sur le dos des locataires. Le parking est malaisé (les voitures se bloquent l'une l'autre) et une partie de l'espace a été supprimée par le propriétaire via une barrière de parking. Le ménage facturé 200eur était très sommaire à notre arrivée, certaines choses étaient même sales. A ce tarif, ajoutée au tarif, c'est inacceptable. 3 SDB mais 1 seule douche dont la pomme a explosé pendant le séjour. Pas d'eau chaude disponible dans les 3 SDB simultanément. Baignoire sans bouchon. La SDB du haut n'a pas de store permettant un minimum d'intimité par rapport au voisinage. 1 lit avait un pied qui n'était pas fixé (lit juste posé dessus). 1 chambre avec volet à persienne, sans tenture, résultat réveillé tous les jours à 6h du matin car il faisait plein jour dans la chambre. Au niveau extérieur, tous les fauteuils et tables de jardin sont fixés au sol, rien ne peut être bougé. Pas de parasol non plus (malgré les 30-35° que nous avons connus tous les jours). Raison invoquée par le propriétaire : le vent… Jamais vu cela ailleurs ! Les carrelages de la piscine se décollent et ont même fini par s'agglutiner dans le robot nettoyeur qui semblait d'ailleurs en mauvais état et qui recrachait par en haut tout ce qu'il aspirait. La filtration ne semblait pas non plus fonctionner de manière optimale. La piscine était également infestée de guêpes toute la journée. Encore de nombreux autres détails que je ne prendrai pas le temps d'ajouter à cette liste déjà bien trop longue. Et le boulanger ne passe plus (quoique annoncé dans le descriptif)

Absolutely stunning

The most wonderful villa to suit our holiday with all our extended family. This villa is beautifully located with spectacular views down to the sea. The sun rise here is not to be missed! The pool is amazing and the fact it’s gated makes it a brilliant villa with children. Thank you for a fabulous week here.
