The communication between the hotel and the app I used was horrible got charged full buy the app my sisters arrived at the hotel before me a member of staff who was clearly new charged them for their portion of room I said no because I’d already paid so the next day I spoke to a different member of staff and she said they would send a refund to the second card my sisters and that she was sorry for the other member of staff for insisting that I pay the remaining amount when I’d already paid the full amount the pool ladder still needs to be fixed and the tiles by the hot tub but otherwise we had a good stay

"Beautiful place, lovely food and amazing staff with outstanding customer service. My second time staying Tagore on a business trip, already looking forward to staying there again. One of the best hotels I have stayed at in the UK."
