Above Sollies-ville, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 18 km from the sea, 18 km from the beach. Private: property 5'000 m2, well-kept terraced garden wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular, with privacy (5 x 4 m, depth 100 - 300 cm, seasonal availability: 24.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with alarm system. Parking at the house. Carport. Shop 3 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 3 km, bakery 3 km, café 3 km, bus stop "Logis neuf" 5.3 km, sandy beach "L'anse de Magaud" 18 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km. Nearby attractions: musée du Vetement provencal 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. 5-room villa 180 m2 on 4 levels. Very beautiful and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool.
