“Apartment was in a great spot next to everything in the city center was very quiet spotless and warm towels nice and white good quality as was the bedding would love to stay again 29 steps to apartment but we managed them ok and were 70 years young you will defo love it here ”

“Very spacious property (all be it up 3 flights of stairs), clean, modern and good facilities. When arrived room with 2 single beds was in fact made into a double which wasn’t what we wanted (I had explained I needed 5 beds so sofa bed was also made up). Also no cleaning products, broom or dustpan which would have been useful. Road noisy as old building windows not soundproof facing the main road. Few drunk and dodgy people around noisy at night. 20 mins walk to beach which was ok for us and……

“A great base for a visit to Lowestoft. Early morning views from Pakefield cliffs are amazing. The house is in a quiet road and parking was easy for us. Pakefiepld has many little gems and it is worth exploring the nearby streets for Victoria architectural gems.”

“Lovely clean property, living room would be cosy for 4 people. Well equipped kitchen. Only drawback is parking space which is small for larger cars and with poor visibility of road. Also workers of boatyard park opposite the driveway so unable to reverse into the driveway if you come back to the cottage during work hours.”

“The property it self was nice once you worked out the maze of entrances and where to find the Keys. Whilst there is parking it can be tight to navigate. upon arrival I was accosted by what I assume was a fellow guests looking for help in checking in, as it self check in. I felt a little swarmed and uncomfortable. The room itself was nice and spacious, clean and functional. Very Warm however due to the hot weather and a lack of aircon. Later in the evening the Fire Alarm went of apparently……
