“This home was beautiful, however, upon arrival the air conditioner wasn’t working and it was 82 degrees inside. We called Stay Montana and were told it was after hours. It was only 5:30 PM. They said they would send someone out but never did. Could not reach anyone. We had to sleep in the heat as the windows didn’t have screens. The next morning we called several times between 9-11:00 AM. Finally we texted someone and they said someone would be there. Thank goodness we had plans that day. We……

Note: small problem but something my husband noticed about the wardrobe in the master bedroom, the door on the left has screws missing & some working out. Always clean, the staff is terrific, and the cottages are perfect. Spacious and cozy, and beautifully decorated.
