“I love everything ”

“We are a group of 15 cousins and family members ranging from mid 50’s to low 70’s. We had just spent the weekend together in the city and were looking forward to a couple days where we could just hang out and catch up. This property was the perfect location. We entered the property and the first this week noticed was the spectacular view of the Fox River. As we walked through we were delighted by how immaculate the house was. “The apartment was very cozy and clean. The location was perfect there was always somewhere to park and the complex was easy to find and easy to get into. Communication with the owner was convenient and responses were always fast. Also, the bed was sooo comfortable. I slept great. I would stay again if I’m ever in Illinois.”

“It’s super close to downtown Yorkville!! So in the months with better weather it would be perfect to stay and walk to the few restaurants downtown and little shops and the river area. We arrived a little early and the host let us in and was able to change the codes around so we could check in as it was cold out! So super accommodating helpful!! Also the garage is a bonus but anything larger than a mid range suv is not going to fit as parking is tight! The only issue we had was the neighbors were……

“The inside of the property was as very small but clean and nice. The location wasn’t very pleasant view of neighborhood. No tv’s in bedrooms. Water smelled like rotten eggs and the sink in the bathroom ran dry slow. The view from the deck was amazing and the dock was great for fishing.”

“I booked this studio yesterday and am so glad I did!! I don’t have a lot of experience with booking things, but the hosts made it so easy!! They were courteous, professional, and they answered my questions/concerns immediately!! The hosts gave me additional activities/places to check out, and I ended up booking another night!!!! The unit is well priced, clean, and has ample space. There are a lot of things to do within 15 minutes of the studio, and the hosts are wonderful!!! Downtown Aurora is……

“We enjoyed our stay. The large fence back yard was the highlight.”

“The house is perfect for river life. We were able to accommodate our large family easily. The place is perfect for eating and relaxing. The fishing was great. Plenty of activities for all ages in the evenings after a long day playing in the area. We really enjoyed all aspects of the property. Jimmy and Anna obviously put a lot of love into this place. Highly recommend this to all”

“Located halfway between Marseilles and Ottawa, where we spent time in both towns. Very large bedrooms and entertaining areas. Only issue was a very cold basement where 2 of the bedrooms are located. Hard to regulate temp in basement, must be regulated by upstairs thermostate. Would still stay there again.”

“Unfortunately I woke up to a cancelation email mere hours before we left. At 1:30 the property manager sent me an email saying she canceled our stay and issued a full refund. After some questioning I was told that the previous tenant flooded the upstairs by leaving the bathtub on and the unit was uninhabitable. This was just an unfortunate situation for all parties involved. It was out of her control and she did the right thing by issuing a full refund. It completely messed our trip up but it is……
