Live your holiday dedicated to relax and sport completely immersed in nature, just 5 minutes far from Lake Como shores.



Natura Pian di Spagna is a large ground floor apartment with three bedrooms and a garden located within the Pian di Spagna Nature Reserve.



From each room and from the large garden you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the reserve and the surrounding mountains. Furthermore, this location is excellent both for reaching the lake (the nearest beach is just 5 km far) and as a starting point for hiking or cycling; here is the starting point of walking and cycling paths which cross both Valtellina and Valchiavenna, as well as the road that runs along the entire lake.



Tranquility and relax are guaranteed since the house is located a few hundred meters from the main road, and only people who live in the hamlet pass here, you will be far from the chaos and traffic of the center.



Anyway, in less than 5 minutes car you will find all what you need to enjoy your stay (café, restaurants, supermarkets...)



Outside the apartment there is a large garden equipped with table, sun loungers and barbecue where you can have breakfast, dinner and aperitif together with your family or friends while enjoying the characteristic view of the mountains surrounding Pian di Spagna.



The kitchen is fully equipped: hob, stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, sink, toaster, espresso machine, kettle, pots, pans and all kitchen tools. You will obviously also find plates, glasses and cutlery for all guests.



The very large living room has a comfortable sofa and two armchairs and has direct access to the garden.



The sleeping area includes three bedrooms: the main one has a double bed, chests of drawers and a wardrobe to store all your clothes.

The second one also has a double bed and a wardrobe, and independent access.

The third bedroom has a sofa bed for one person and dressers.



Furthermore, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed for two persons, allowing us to accommodate up to 6 guests.



The bathroom has a sink with mirror, toilet, bidet, shower with glass enclosure, washing machine and dryer.



At your arrival you will find linen for the beds and bath towels.



The apartment is located on the ground floor, and two uncovered parking places inside the property are reserved for guests.
