The top-level terrace features an outdoor dining area, barbeque grill, and sofas to enjoy dinner and cocktails. Inside the living room, you will find vaulted ceilings, comfortable furniture, neutral-colored décor, and 4 sliding glass doors for an unobstructed view of the ocean. The kitchen features everything needed to make a home-cooked meal and includes state-of-the-art appliances: refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, blender, and coffee maker. VistaMar’s pricing policy is based on occupancy, i.e, you pay for the space you use, as follows:
• The base rent is for the first two guests, and
• Additional guests (above 2) pay only $45,00 per guest per night.

The more guests you have in your group, the cheaper it becomes on a per-guest basis.
