"The property is located near the bus station and is easy to locate. The room is clean, bright and comfortable. Breakfast is included with good amount of food, coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. Staffs are also very friendly and helpful."

"This is a great hotel in Figueira Da Foz! We choose here because of the large pool and the fact that it has ample parking, even in high season. Admittedly, it is a 15 minute walk away from town, but none of the more central hotels have a proper pool or parking. Our room (basic grade), was compact and located above reception, but had everything that you would expect from a 5* hotel and was very quiet. The air conditioning worked particularly well, given the August heat. This was already our second stay and we will definitely return. Just a few negative points, though.. There were a few minor maintenance issues that need to be dealt with; broken tiles on the outside level between the two blocks, water constantly dripping above one of the outside doors, our bathroom tap wasn't fitted correctly and none of the water features in the pool seemed to work. "

"The hotel was beautiful, clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for parking, and the staff were very kind and accomidating. The rooms were well equiped with top notch showers and comfortable beds. Breakfast was great and very convienient. Would highly recomend a stay here . "

"Nice spacious rooms. Had lots of facilities like swimming pool etc, but were not explained at the time of check-in. Clean and breakfast was good with good selection. Missing - tea/coffee percolator in the rooms. The earliest you could have a beverage was when the restaurant opened - 10 am. Restaurant for other meals - tried dinner once and decided to avoid and rather go to a couple of smallish restaurants in the vicinity. Check out - had a poor experience. Came to the front desk (5:30 am) and told the reception person (Ricky) that I would come in 10 minutes and wanted him to have my bills ready. Came and no one was at the reception! Had to wait and ring the desk bell repeatedly for over 15 minutes (time was of the essence since had a flight from Lisbon). So in short bad checkout experience."

"When the gate opened to go into the property our jaws dropped. GORGEOUS VIEW!!! Can’t describe with words. Pool, umbrellas , lawn chairs, up on the mountain with a million dollar view of the beaches down below. Marie, the Best!!! Great food, great service, comfy rooms. We’re grateful to have had the opportunity to be there. "

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. As a lovely surprise, we even received a farewell drink from the hotel on our last night — a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly appreciated."
