8.6/10 Excellent! (2,510 reviews)
Pros:
The hotel was clean and well-kept, which was a big plus. Its location is very convenient — just a short walk to Whistler Village, so getting to restaurants, shops, and the lifts was easy and stress-free.
Cons:
Check-in was delayed. Even though I arrived early, I wasn’t expecting to get into the room right away, but our actual check-in didn’t happen until 4:15 PM — 15 minutes past the official 4:00 PM check-in time. Not a major delay, but still a bit frustrating after a long journey.
They also took a $50 security deposit at check-in, which they said would be refunded at checkout. It’s now been two days since we checked out, and the refund still hasn’t been processed.
Parking was an additional $29 per night, which adds up quickly and felt a bit overpriced given the overall experience.
Another downside was the pool and hot tub — they were overcrowded during our stay, to the point that we couldn’t really access or enjoy them, which was disappointing as we were looking forward to relaxing after a day on the mountain.
Summary:
While the hotel was clean and well-located, the service delays, additional charges, and lack of access to the amenities affected the overall value. It’s okay for a short stay if location is your top priority, but I’d recommend managing expectations around service and amenities
