“Everything about our family's stay exceeded expectations! Plenty of room for the whole family, very well equipped kitchen as well as the outdoor grill option. Out 1 yr. old granddaughter loved the toy box and we loved the baby gate. Everyone including the dog loved the private beach. We brought kayaks and enjoyed paddling on the pond. Were pleased to find so much to do nearby as well.”

“I stayed at this property for almost a month and thoroughly enjoyed it. It had everything I needed and is conveniently located to Route 9 and I-435. The host was very responsive, which I greatly appreciated. It's nice to know such a comfortable place is available in Shrewsbury.”

“We choose this house for its location less than 10 minutes from WPI with enough beds for everyone in our family. Communication with the host was fast and easy. Check-in was simple. The house was clean and ready for our use, including a stash of toiletries (very appreciated as one kid forgot their toothbrush). “This is our 2nd year returning to lake Whittmore. We couldn’t wait to get there, and weren’t ready to leave. The house meets all of our families needs and is so clean. We love starting our day on the porch overlooking the beautiful yard and lovely lake until the fun begins. The children love the beach, swimming, the paddle boat and fishing. The hosts are wonderful!!!”

“My wife and I really enjoyed our three days in Concord. Our flight was late and we arrived late in the evening, but the cottage was easy to find and self check-in was easy. The cottage was close enough to town and the train to make everything doable by foot. Several restaurants and a small market were just a few minutes away, Thoreau's last home was on the next block, and most of the main historical houses and museums were a pleasant mile or so walk. “Kathleen’s cabin was exactly what we needed when traveling for a family wedding. The house had everything we needed. The house was described perfectly. Kathleen was quick to respond to a few logistics questions we had. Great spot if you are skiing at Mt Wachusett. ”

“Property as advertised! The communication prior to the stay with the property management co was harder than it needed to be, but the owners themselves were very helpful and responsive (the management co only handles things up to a point). FYI it was plenty cool, but it is not central AC. Great to have a washer and dryer on site! The area got a bit parked up and busy because some neighbors took a bunch of people out on their boat from the same dock on a Sunday we were there. It wasn't a big deal……
