Great visit

We stayed for two nights while our grandson was having surgery at UMass Hospital. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable newly updated. We will definitely stay again

Clean & Quiet!

My favorite place to stay in the area because its a good value. Close to the expressway, quiet & clean. I particularly like having a kitchen and a workout room. Checkin was super easy. Don't expect anything fancy, but the basics are excellent.

We were able to get our room key from a lockbox which was really convenient. However, the key was not programmed for our room. We had to call and wait for someone to get us a new key. The process took almost an hour. The person who helped us was really helpful, polite and responsive.

Beverly has been very helpful with respect to helping me reserving rooms,check in times and directions in the area. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past years. I use it during hunting season because it is close and convenient and affordable.

The lady at the front desk is amazing! She helped my girlfriend, and I check in late at night and gave us clear and simple instructions. Super clean and super quiet. 40 minutes west of Boston and 20 minutes east of Worcester.

Apts that call them selves a hotel

I have never stayed at a hotel that the front desk closes at 3-6??? It was odd. Remote control needed batteries tv didn’t work had to go buy batteries for it to work? No one picks up phone if you need anything???? And people living there ? It was a welfare hotel!!! Not sure don’t stay here

Room smelled like cigarette smoke The steady assistant handle in the shower came off the wall. The toilet was old and took a long time to flush. The front desk had limited hours. Had two keys only one worked.

Room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke even with leaving the window open all night in the hopes of ventilating the room. Was overall not super clean. No staff on site from 8pm until 10am makes it quite hard to contact them with issues. Messaging was great prior to the stay, but once I messaged about the room issues, I got zero response. If they would have had staff on site, I would have requested a new room, but I was on call at the hospital after hours so I just suffered through it. Will not stay here ever again

I was in the area for a training and this wss perfect for a stay. The room was very clean. I was shocked that it had whole kitchenette, mini dishwasher and all! I am going to say upon closer inspection, there were areas it need improving, minor cosmetic things. The water pressure was amazing! Water stayed hot. There was even dishes, pots, pans, utensils, dishwashing soap, role of paper towels, sponge, coffee with coffee pot. I would definitely stay again!
