“第一次体验不同的住宿体验，感觉还是非常的不适应。酒店没有早餐，需要吃什么要自己做。酒店的吃住行工作人员可以帮忙代办，费用会比自己去订的要高一些，酒店任何配套都没有，所有的配套服务都是外包的，就是上门spa也是外面路上找来的人。这次唯一一觉得不错的，就是有一个独立的泳池，酒店并不靠海，所以这个泳池还是必须的。总之，之后不会再定了，心太累，虽然酒店给了电话和微信，但是他们并不是24小时有人在的，需要帮忙的时候，往往找不到人。”

“We loved our stay here, having the separate villas was great for the mix of families. Great pool and amenities in each villa. Poo, the house keeper was sensational! She was so attentive and kind, helpful in booking trips, getting us the best price and catering the most delicious breakfast. She even got me a cake for my birthday. "Title: Great family-friendly hotel with an amazing kids club! Rating: 4/5 We had a wonderful stay at the Phuket Marriott Merlin Beach Hotel. The hotel is great — very, very family-friendly, and the staff are super nice. We especially loved the kids club, which provides supervised activities for children aged 4 to 12. It gave us parents a few hours of free time to enjoy the spa and relax on our own. The food was good overall. We booked a half-board package that included one meal and four drinks per day, which was convenient. The only downside was the buffet at The Market — the food seemed quite stale, and there were flies flying around. Apart from the buffet, the other restaurant outlets served pretty good food. Despite that, we really liked the hotel and enjoyed our stay. Would still recommend it for families!"
